Backstage, an interviewer waits in the greenroom to interview the acts after their performances, giving fans the chance to hear personally from the artists. There will also be a Live VJ Social Media host backstage. The episodes are broken into five distinct segments, each designed to highlight a specific type of performer:
1. Centerstage – These chart-topping artists have sold Gold and Platinum records. They have played in the biggest venues, rubbed elbows with late-night talk show hosts and festival promoters around the world, and are now coming to life every week from The Grove of Anaheim.
2. Spotlight – These artists are brand new to the scene and are generating buzz throughout the social network world. HMC sits down with the artists and learns a little more about them before sending them to the stage, where they’ll play that tune the way it was meant to be heard!
3. Showtime – Hear your favorite TV shows and films come to life when we sit down with the musicians, composers, and actors as they talk about the inspiration, process, and creation of the music that we hum to each other on long road trips.
4. Encore – These artists defined a decade. They paved the way for current hit artists. HMC takes the audience into their world today. They’ll tell old tour stories from the road, share their favorite new artists—and who knows, maybe share some unreleased tracks or collaborate with one of the other artists! 5. Pick to Click – Everyone claims to know the hottest new band nobody else knows about yet—a band that should have had its break years ago. Now the audience has the power to get those unknown bands onto the national stage. Bands upload pictures, videos, songs, and more to HitMusicCentralUSA.com, and then it’s up to the audience to spread the word virally and get their favorite bands picked through votes on the site. Once at The Grove, these bands will share their story as well as their songs.
Hit Music Central USA brings live music to the fans. This live-to-tape show is first broadcast on TV where viewers at home are encouraged to be part of the conversation by texting or posting comments at HitMusicCentralUSA.com. After the initial broadcast, portions of each episode are available on-demand at the site, along with the chance to download exclusive content (music, videos, etc.).

Hit Music Central USA is a one-hour music series that spotlights strong live musical performances, celebrity guest hosts, and lively fans. The show will feature artists currently topping the charts along with legends that have written timeless hits. HMC will uniquely place its spotlight on select up-and-coming and independent recording artists. Audiences will benefit from every genre of music, from Rock and R&B, to Pop, Hip-Hop, and Country.
Produced by NFocus Entertainment in association with [Sherman Oaks, California-based] Make It Happen Productions, Hit Music Central USA begins taping live from The Grove in Anaheim, California, November 2011. The show will initially air in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas-Fort Worth; Washington, DC; San Francisco-Oakland Bay Area; Miami-Fort Lauderdale; and San Diego—reaching some 20 million households.
