New and innovative multi-media programming is the hallmark of CEG TV
(Las Vegas, Nevada, March 12, 2010) − Cairngorm Entertainment Group is planning to produce an upcoming movie about an amazing California woman whose life reminds us of “Gone with the Wind,” in many ways, although it is a contemporary story set in the Deep South (northwestern Louisiana) and southern California. The banks of the great Mississippi and the Red River near Shreveport, La., form the backdrop for the early years in the life of the Reverend Jeanette Marie Williams who celebrates her Choctaw, African American and French Creole ethnicity with respect, understanding, and great joy.
Cairngorm Entertainment Group is very excited about this project and grateful for the consent Rev. Williams has granted us to tell her story. It is a tale of true courage, faith, sorrow, love and fortitude. A spiritualist, a minister in the Religious Science of the Mind church, and the founder/CEO of the Mind Aerobics Learning Institute for Spiritual Transformation, Williams is also a retired psychiatric technician. Talk about a well-rounded person, she understands the vagaries of both the human mind and the human spirit and has devoted her life to helping educate people about the riches of the spiritual world − giving them hope.
Jeanette Williams’ life was guided from the beginning by her extraordinary family members − her wise and mystical grandmother whom she called “Big Jennie;” her lovely, educated mother, Marie, who taught Jeanette to read, write and speak in public, accompanied always by classical music. She died when her daughter was nine years old. Williams has always felt that her mother knew that she was “loaned” to her family for a brief, but very crucial, period of time. Her mother’s influence on Jeanette and her siblings was profound.
Life wasn’t easy on the banks of the mighty Mississippi in the early 20th century. Rev. Williams’ story is an historical piece of American history − when slavery was not a distant memory, the results of which had to be dealt with every day of her life, and continue even today when she visits her home state of Louisiana.
